1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Alekho Figma Plugin ("Alekho"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the plugin.

2. Usage Limits and Tiers

Alekho provides a limited free tier and a PRO tier:

• Free Tier: Users on the free tier are limited to a specific number of chart generations per day. Attempting to bypass these limits may result in access being revoked.
• PRO Tier: Users with a valid PRO license unlock unlimited generations according to the license terms.

3. License Keys

PRO license keys are intended for individual use unless otherwise specified as a team license. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination without a refund.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of any designs, data, and charts generated using Alekho. We do not claim ownership over any of the content you create within Figma.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Alekho is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free or function uninterrupted in all Figma environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alekho be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin.
