• Email Address: If you choose to join the waitlist or activate a PRO license, we collect your email address.
• Usage Data: We track the number of chart generation attempts (attempts used and attempts remaining), your license status, and plugin usage context (source).

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To manage waitlist registrations, issue PRO licenses, and allocate generation quotas.
• Usage Tracking: To monitor and enforce daily generation limits (e.g., attempt tracking).

3. Third-Party Data Transmission

To securely process waitlist registrations and usage analytics, your Email Address and Usage Data (attempts used, remaining, and info) are transmitted securely to a third-party, non-Figma endpoint (a Google Apps Script webhook). This service is used strictly for storing your waitlist status and usage tracking, and the data is never sold or shared with any other external parties.

4. Your Canvas Data is Secure

Alekho is designed with privacy in mind. We explicitly guarantee that:

• Your Figma canvas contents, exported images, and any data you input into charts are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party endpoints.
• All chart generation and processing happens entirely locally within the Figma plugin sandbox.
