License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement (EULA), Alekho grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Alekho Figma Plugin.

2. Free vs. PRO Licenses

• Free License: You may use the plugin for free subject to the daily generation limits enforced by the software.
• PRO License: Purchasing a PRO license grants the specified user(s) unlimited chart generations. The license key is strictly for the purchaser and cannot be shared publicly or distributed.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the plugin software itself (the chart outputs you generate are yours to commercialize).
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the plugin.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Alekho or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the plugin.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

Alekho utilizes third-party open-source libraries such as Apache ECharts. Your use of those portions is also subject to their respective open-source licenses.

5. Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
